Return and Shipping Policy

We are confident that Dr. Keith’s Own®, LLC, provides only the highest quality health products.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return the product (empty or unused portion) for a full refund less the shipping and handling fees.

All returns must be made within 60 days from the product shipment date.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days and received within 10-12 business days. If you have any questions regarding your order status, you can call us at 760-668-1650 or email support@drkeithsown.com.

In order to obtain your full refund, send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within sixty (60) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your full refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Dr. Keith’s Own® is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
