Here is a 10-second test for any multivitamin. Turn it around and find the thiamine line. That is vitamin B1.

Many popular tablets land around 1.2 to 1.5 mg. That is the daily value, or a little over it. It is enough to stay above the deficiency line.

Why liquid

Absorption starts in your mouth. Capsules and tablets have to break down first, and some never fully do. Independent testing by ConsumerLab found that about 5% of tablets fail standard disintegration tests. If a tablet does not break apart, you do not absorb what is inside.

A liquid skips that step. You can see it absorbing too. Riboflavin (B2) turns your urine bright yellow within an hour or two. Crude, but it tells you the vitamins are getting in.

Deep ocean trace minerals from Pacific seawater sourced below 662 metres (over 2,100 feet), together with fulvic acid.

Then the food part. Aloe vera inner leaf gel and pomegranate juice. Green coffee extract, green tea, broccoli sprout, acerola, camu camu, turmeric, elderberry, bilberry, blackcurrant, mangosteen and about twenty more fruits, vegetables and herbs. Plus lutein, quercetin and citrus bioflavonoids.

Two things to know before you order

Magnesium is 50 mg. Dr. Keith wanted 350 to 400. The formulator explained that anything much over 50 mg turns the liquid thick and sticky to pour, so it stayed at 50. If you want more magnesium than that, ask your doctor what is right for you.

Vitamin C is 500 mg. That is many times the daily value and still less than Dr. Keith would like. If you want more, your doctor can tell you the right amount for you.

Better to know both going in than to assume one ounce covers everything.

Q: How is this different from the Liquid Gold I bought before?
A: It is a completely new formula. The earlier version was privately labelled from another manufacturer. This one was built from scratch to Dr. Keith’s own specification. The B vitamins are several times stronger, the boron is doubled and the taste changed.

Q: Can Liquid Gold replace all my other supplements?
A: It covers a lot of ground, but no. Dr. Keith takes extra magnesium and extra vitamin C alongside it. Talk to your own doctor about what else you need and how much.

Q: Is it safe for all ages?
A: It is formulated for adults. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or thinking of giving it to a child, check with your doctor first. One specific note: this formula contains vitamin K2, which can interfere with warfarin and similar blood thinners. If you take one, speak to your doctor before starting.

Q: Does it actually taste good?

Q: What is it sweetened with?
